FixCall provides an inbound call-handling service for plumbing businesses. We answer calls on your behalf, capture job requests, and book appointments based on your instructions.
Service is billed month-to-month. You will be charged on the same day each month. Overage minutes are charged at $0.15 per minute beyond your plan's included minutes.
You may cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Simply contact us to cancel your service.
If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund by contacting us. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
While we strive to provide excellent service, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or job bookings. Service quality may vary.
